Personal Care Services in Boston, MA
Help with the everyday things that have gotten harder—on your schedule, at your pace.
Let’s be honest: asking for help with personal care isn’t easy. Nobody wakes up excited to have someone help them shower or get dressed. But here’s what we’ve learned after years of doing this—once people get past that first visit, most of them say the same thing: “I wish I’d done this sooner.”
Our caregivers aren’t here to take over. They’re here so you can keep doing the things that matter to you, without the morning routine turning into an exhausting ordeal.
What We Actually Help With
Bathing and Showering
Whether it’s a full shower or a bed bath on a tough day, we help make it safe and as comfortable as possible. No rushing, no judgment.
Getting Dressed
Buttons are harder than they used to be. Same with zippers. We help with all of it—including picking out something comfortable that you actually want to wear.
Bathroom Assistance
This is often the hardest to accept help with. Our caregivers understand that, and they’ve been trained to make it as matter-of-fact as possible.
Moving Around Safely
Getting from the bed to the chair, the chair to the bathroom. These transfers can be risky alone—we’re there to steady you and prevent falls.
Skin and Oral Care
Brushing teeth, shaving, moisturizing—the little routines that help you feel like yourself. We help you keep them up.
Medication Reminders
We’ll remind you when it’s time to take your pills—morning, noon, night. We don’t administer medication, but we make sure you don’t forget.
